I'm a product designer who works where strategy, systems, and intelligence meet. Across commerce, enterprise platforms, and education, I've led the redesign of products used by hundreds of thousands of people — and built the design systems that let teams keep shipping at that scale.
My focus over the last few years has been human-in-the-loop AI: designing recommendation, prediction, and conversational interfaces that are transparent and reversible, so automation earns trust instead of taking control. I care deeply about the moment where a person decides whether to believe what a system is telling them — that's where good UX either holds or breaks.
